Training records now flow back into Employment Hero

The Employment Hero integration is now a two way sync. Completions, pathways and certificates earned in SuperPath write straight back to each employee's Employment Hero record, so there are no exports and no double handling.

AI Assist now does the work, not just the answers

Assist can now act on your behalf: assign learning, build pathways, mark completions, shift due dates, invite people, send reminders and change settings, all by asking in plain English. Every action is confirmed with you before it runs.

Sync Skills and Certificates Between HiBob and Superpath

If you build your skills framework in HiBob, SuperPath now reads that catalogue once a day and mirrors it, so the two no longer drift apart. Certificates earned in SuperPath travel back the other way.

Calendar invites for Events, and Outlook Calendar support

Assign an Event and it lands in your learners' calendars with nothing asked of them, now through Outlook Calendar as well as Google.

Introducing the Engagement Dashboard

The Engagement Dashboard replaces Company Analytics and answers one question directly: is engagement healthy, and where is it weak? Participation, learning activity and the teams falling behind, in numbers you can put in front of your board.

A second sign-in method for your company staff

Your office staff can sign in with Microsoft, Google or SSO while your contractors keep using a magic link, all from the same HRIS sync.

Learning that starts with a scan!

Every launch link now comes with a QR code, ready to copy as an image or download for print, on any Event, Pathway, Form, Roadmap or piece of content.

One Workflow or Dynamic Team where you used to need several

Workflow triggers and Dynamic Teams can now match any of your conditions rather than all of them, and a single condition can list several values at once.

• The Slack app has been rebuilt with interactive surfaces and an AI assistant, so you can ask SuperPath questions without leaving Slack.
• You can now reconnect a HiBob, BambooHR or other HRIS integration yourself from settings, instead of asking support.
• Historic imports can now award certificates for the completions they bring in.
• Partner accounts have a new Analytics page in the partner portal.
• Links shared from a custom domain now show partner branding in the preview.
• You can now customise a MindSmith course in your own workspace rather than using it as it comes.

Fixed

• Fixed a family of session and network problems that could interrupt people mid-session, including false sign-in warnings, video playback dropping out and signed-out visitors waiting on slow page loads.
• Fixed SCORM courses reporting that they were not connected to the platform, most often on mobile after a reload.
• Fixed several pathway completion problems, including completed steps being reset, sections stuck behind approval, and a pathway showing as complete before it had been approved.
• Fixed deleted records continuing to appear in reports.
• Fixed learner reports showing an older record and the wrong dates.
• Fixed the Teams column in reports counting memberships that were no longer active.
• Fixed archived content still appearing in library search results.
• Fixed MindSmith progress resetting steps that were already done, and passed completions skipping step approval.
• Fixed tables being lost when you paste or import from Word and PDF into Knowledge, and the text colour picker drifting away from its button.
• Fixed the return trip from Canva so your design comes back into SuperPath.
• Fixed competency levels on a roadmap showing in the wrong order for learners.
• Fixed the partner portal being reachable by people who were not owners or admins.
• Fixed Employment Hero managers not being promoted from the webhook, and the integration failing outright when a permission was missing.
• Fixed a learner being able to submit a form step they had already completed.
• Fixed blocked emails looking like they had been delivered, so you can now see when a recipient is blocked.
• Fixed team approver decisions failing after saving, and passed forms being left stranded.
• Fixed cover images being cropped or stretched on the dashboard and in the course library.
