Every launch link now comes with a QR code.

Open the Launch Link window on any Event, Pathway, Form, Roadmap or piece of content, and the code is already there. Copy it as an image or download it for print.

The problem we've solved

A launch link takes each of your people straight to their own copy of a piece of learning. Paste it into an email or a chat message and it works beautifully.

But that only reaches people who read email at a desk. Plenty of your workforce does not. Somebody on a factory floor, behind a bar, on a ward or in a training room is not going to type a long web address into their phone, and asking them to find the right course themselves is how good intentions quietly die.

A QR code closes that gap. Point a camera at a poster and you are in your learning in seconds.

How it works

Click the Generate Launch Link ( 🚀 icon) on any learning item. The window opens with the link on the left and the QR code on the right, already generated. There is nothing to wait for.

Copy QR code puts the image straight on your clipboard, ready to paste into a slide or a document. Download PNG saves it as a file. Either way the image is 1024 pixels square, large enough to stay sharp on an A3 poster.

Where it earns its place

• In-person training and Events. Put the code on the joining instructions, a table card, or the opening slide, and attendees scan it as they sit down.
• Posters and noticeboards, for the people who do not sit at a desk and rarely open work email.
• Printed induction packs, so a new starter reaches their first Pathway on day one without anyone reading a web address out loud.
• Next to the thing the learning is about. A code beside a machine or a vehicle links to its safety Pathway, exactly where someone needs it.

Worth knowing

• The code only works for people who have already been assigned the learning. Scanning it does not assign anything or grant access on its own, so assign your people first, then share the code.
• Everyone gets the same code, and each person who scans it lands on their own copy.
• Anyone not signed in is taken to your organisation's sign in page first, then straight on to their learning.
• The same link always produces the same code, so a poster you printed last month keeps working.
