Bring your learning history with you

Import completion history from your previous platform yourself, one course at a time, without raising a support ticket. Every row is validated before anything is written, so you fix problems in the file rather than in your reports.

Certificate upgrades: permissions, templates and regeneration

Decide who can add certificates to a profile, attach a certificate to a course or pathway from inside the certificate itself, and build one custom template that fills in the title, date awarded and score at the moment it is issued. Regenerate reissues a certificate in place after you have changed a design.

• You can now choose not to assign learning to anyone who has already completed it, using a new assignment mode.
• Scheduled reports now have their own tab in Reports, and you can generate one on demand instead of waiting for its next run.
• Partners and superadmins can now copy content, pathways, events, roadmaps, forms and knowledge between accounts.
• Sub-pathways now show a preview inside the course player.
• Pathways now flag unpublished sub-pathways before they become a problem for your learners.
• You can now paste Markdown into the text editor and keep its formatting.
• Custom domains can now be set up without waiting for a release to go out.

• Fixed renaming a category changing the published state of the pathways inside it.
• Fixed HRIS syncs overwriting people's roles when managers are set through teams.
• Fixed white-label links ignoring your custom email and login domains.
• Fixed saved reports on pathways not reloading their learning correctly.
• Fixed hidden categories not applying to newly added global categories on restricted accounts.
• Fixed new child accounts not inheriting the parent account's Discussions settings, including when using Refresh Settings.
• Fixed the Pending list button appearing even when self-registration was switched off.
• Fixed learners occasionally seeing a false sign-in warning while their session refreshed.
• Fixed deleting someone from a learner list failing when pathway steps were involved.
• Fixed pathway steps not being clickable in the learning accordion.
• Fixed several Discussions hub issues, including the search toggle, category modal height and long titles wrapping.
• Fixed a set of mobile layout and pathway display issues, including cropped pathway subtitles.
