Workflow enhancements to make automation even easier

We’ve made two powerful updates to Workflows that make it simpler to keep your learning automations running smoothly, no extra admin required.

🧩 1. Smarter text-based triggers with “contains”

You can now use the new “contains” option for text-based trigger fields.

This means that instead of having to create separate workflows for each variation, like Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Regional Manager, you can simply set a single workflow trigger for when position contains “manager.”

💡 Why it’s great:

• One workflow can now cover multiple variations of a text field.

• Easier setup and maintenance for your team.

• More flexible and intuitive automations.

⚙️ 2. New “Change User Role” action

We’ve also added a new action to automatically change a user’s role when a workflow is triggered. For example, if a user’s position changes and their title now contains “manager,” SuperPath can automatically update their role to Manager.

💡 Why it’s great:

• Keeps user roles perfectly in sync with HR data.

• Reduces manual admin tasks.

• Makes SuperPath truly “set and forget.”
