Introducing Scheduled Reports

Easily automate your reporting and keep your teams informed, right from SuperPath.

We’re excited to introduce Scheduled Reports, one of our most requested features and a major upgrade to the way you monitor learning progress, completions, and engagement across your organisation.

With Scheduled Reports, you can now take any saved report and have it automatically delivered by email to selected people or teams, at the frequency that works best for you.

Schedule any saved report

Once you’ve created and saved a report, you’ll now see a Schedule Report button — similar to assigning or scheduling a learning.

Select who should receive it (individuals or whole teams), choose how often it should be sent, and you’re done.

You can schedule reports to run:

• Weekly

• Monthly (specific day or weekday)

• Yearly

Every schedule runs at 7am local time, helping your leaders start the day with insights.

Safe, secure access

For privacy and security reasons, the report is not attached to the email. Instead, recipients receive a secure link that: • Opens SuperPath directly • Asks them to authenticate if they’re not logged in • Ensures only authorised recipients can download the CSV file

This protects learner information and aligns with best-practice security standards.

Scheduled Reports is now live for all customers.
