✨ Say hello to AI Forms

We’re thrilled to introduce AI Forms, the first feature in our brand-new AI enhancements roadmap, designed to help learning admins, managers and content creators save hours when creating learning assessments or knowledge checks.

With AI Forms, you can now generate a quiz or feedback form instantly from any text-based content, whether it’s a policy document, knowledge article, web page, or even a video transcript.

It’s the fastest way to get to your first draft, freeing you up to focus on what matters most, curating great learning experiences.

🧩 How it works

You can create AI Forms in two easy ways:

From the Forms List

Head to Forms and click the new “Auto-generate form” button.

From there, you can:

• Describe what kind of form you want (e.g. “Create a quiz to validate understanding of our Code of Conduct”)

• Describe your question types – multiple choice, open-ended, or file uploads

• Pull content from your library, knowledge centre, uploaded files, or a website URL

• Even use a video transcript to generate questions!

Once generated, you’ll get a preview of your quiz. You can review, tweak, or regenerate until you’re happy. Then, simply click Create Form to add it to your forms list.

Within Pathways

You can also generate forms directly inside your learning pathways. Simply select a learning step or section, click “Generate Form”, and AI will build a quiz based on that specific content.
