Access Control for Knowledge & Roadmaps

Small change, big control.

You can now decide who gets access to Knowledge and Roadmaps in SuperPath, giving you the flexibility to build, test, and roll out content on your terms.

🔐 Control who sees what

Previously, Knowledge and Roadmaps were all-or-nothing, either on for everyone or off completely.

Now, you can choose:

• Everyone
• Managers & Admins
• Admins only

This means you can:

• Build your knowledge base privately before launching
• Limit roadmap creation to leadership
• Roll out features gradually across your organisation

⚙️ How it works

Head to Settings → Features, and you’ll now see access controls for both:

• Knowledge Base
• Roadmaps
